Fixed team composition
A dedicated team works continuously on your project. Selection, scheduling and cover for team members lie with Deutschesoft or the delivery partner.
Directed via a Deutschesoft contact
You agree goals, priorities and acceptance with a named Deutschesoft contact person. Work instructions to team members are given exclusively by the service provider.
Agreed goals and quality criteria
Scope, quality criteria, reviews and acceptance are agreed in advance and documented transparently.
Clear contractual basis
The basis is a service or project contract with Deutschesoft – not a staff-leasing arrangement (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). Team members are not integrated into your organisation and are not subject to your direction.

Dedicated Remote Team
A dedicated team works remotely on your project. Organisation, direction and supervision lie with Deutschesoft or the delivery partner in India; you agree goals, priorities and acceptance with your Deutschesoft contact.
Offshore collaboration with India
Plan workflows, time-zone overlap, points of contact, and handovers deliberately. India is an offshore location; nearshore options are considered as a separate location model, not treated as another name for India.
Project start & ongoing coordination
Agree goals, tools, documentation, and regular coordination meetings with your Deutschesoft contact. This creates a clear framework for working with the team.
Quality criteria & traceable outcomes
Define reviews, tests, acceptance criteria, and accountability. Quality depends on the agreed process, not a blanket promise about a location.
Total cost, access & protection needs
Consider fees, coordination, onboarding, and any travel or infrastructure costs together. Access rights, confidentiality, and potential international data processing are assessed before collaboration.
A useful starting point: outline the skills you need, the intended project scope, and your quality requirements. We then develop a proposal for your Dedicated Remote Team with team composition, contact person and contractual framework.
Costs, availability, and timing depend on the project; the cost advantage stated is not a guaranteed saving. An offshore model does not itself authorise sharing personal data; legal bases, contractual roles, and international-transfer safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are agreed separately.
